Chat problem!

I'm having this exact same problem, running Windows 7 and the latest version of both Flash and Procaster.

I just had this and I used the advice what is already there and it does the exact same thing so I think the problem must be the same thing, we might just be seeing it differently?

I find that when I click on ''promote'' for a second my chat shows up but then disappears straight away. I seriously have no idea what's going on, I was able to stream perfectly yesterday.
