Instant crashing upon going live.

I recently bought a new iMac - Version 10.8.2. When I try to run the latest installation of Procaster (20.3.25), the program crashes as soon as I go live. I'm using the 'no camera' mode, and I've deleted several of my library videos just in case this was a memory-based error. I've tried going back to earlier versions, but I'm met with the classic black screen error.

Specs are as follows:

Processor: 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory: 32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2048 MB
Software: OS X 10.8.2 (12C3103)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
