Procaster.exe crashes when opening

I've had this happen after I bought this Video Card: http://www.nvidia.com/object/product...40-oem-us.html

Windows 7
CPU: Intel Core i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz
RAM: 8 GB
System: 64 bits

I've reinstalled this program, re-installed the video card's driver and updated them, and nothing.

Include the following information in your ticket:

CPU, RAM
Operating System
Any Hardware (Camera, capture card, etc) and how it's connected
Procaster version number (open preferences, click "i" in top right-hand corner)
