Bitrate is too high emails

why do i as channel owner get spam emails about the bitrate going too high when i am not the one streaming? also wouldnt 1 suffice? i just got 4 in the matter of 20 seconds. maybe you should put a stopper on the rate it can send them out. and send them to the account streaming.
