audio feedback

Hi I am new to this.

In the case of making a live show where your pc and kit is set up near (12 feet in earshot) from the presenter and you need them to hear what a guest via webcam (added within the software as producer) is saying how do they monitor the conversation

also handy for the m and guest to hear the audio of any inserted VT's so they know the content and can discuss it afterwards live

i am getting all kinds of feedback and echo if i let audio come out of my laptop due to delay but it if i as producer use headphones then presenter wont hear web cam guest or
VT audio..

also would be nice to be able to cue presenter in earpiece when to start 0 i guess this is just buying a seperate talkback device?

anyone dealt with these kinds of issues?
