Numerous problems for viewers

We streamed our first couple of shows last two weekends, and users around the world reported numerous problems including many glitches on playback. Player goes black for 2 minutes, then resumes. Start/stop at different parts of the show. These users are all on broadband with more than 1MB download speeds.

Our premium channels are configured to stream 500Kbps h.264 video.

We had between 500 and 1,000 users connected to our shows, and many of them could not watch without problems. We were serving a pre-recoded video using the live option via the LS studio.

As is stands, I am not sure we can continue using this platform. Any help will be appreciated.
