Unhappy We erased some videos, can we recover?
Hey, we did some mistake. The last weekend erased some videos from Livestream studio and we donīt have a copy. That videos we recorded at live show and arevery important. Sorry we did the mistake but I donīt know maybe we can recover the videos. Livestream has a copy of the videos?

Hello,

Unfortunately, once a file has been deleted from your Livestream Media Library, it cannot be recovered. We recommend backing up and crucial content by downloading it from your Media Library in .flv format. It is also a great way to save on storage space.
