Adobe Flash Media Encoder Issues

Details:

* I am using Adobe Flash Media Encoder 2.5
* I am on a Win XP SP 3

Issue:

Whenever I load up FME and do a test run to verify the stream, I can only get a certain part of my computer screen to load. this is the upper right hand corner.

What I've Done:

*Underneath size, I've tried to change that - nothing happens


What I would like to do:

Using Adoble FME 2.5, I want to do a live screen capture that will only stream a certain part of my screen.

Barring that, just help resolve this so I can stream my whole screen!
