changing intro text?

how can i change that opening text "steamvalley's camera is playing,"? or can i just make it go away. sounds kinda silly

also, is 4-3 the only option? i'm used to shooting widescreen.

and one more... can i record on my camera's dv tape while i am broadcasting>? i ask because the canon zr500 i'm using has a dear tape transport. it sends dv and audio but cant record.
