Black Screen on Cue and Transition

We have been having this problem on a weekly basis. We stream two cameras to Livestream Studio using Procaster and Flash Media Live Encoder. Frequently, upon pressing the "cue" button on either camera, the viewer synchronization drops to 0 of 0. Both encoders are still working. If we press the transition to cue button, the window shows black and no audio is broadcast. The only way we have found to get around this issue is to stop the encoder, start it again, and then press the cue button. After this has happened, the viewer synchronization returns to normal, and the transition can occur without an issue. We broadcast twice every Sunday from 9:30-12 and again from 18:00-19:00.

We are running Windows Vista x64, and meet all of the system requirements to run all of the software.

If there are any known fixes, please help us make our broadcast more reliable.
