Offline?

Hey, I've been trying to stream a game live, called Grand Chase. I get the game hooked (In the case, main.exe) and then click "GO LIVE" with Game selected. It continues as though it is live, but I don't see the procaster logo anywhere on my client. It also says I'm offline on my stream page.

My friends have gotten it to work, so it is not the game. I use Vista.
