connection problems when trying to view a stream or get into studio.

It's giving me a connection problem/error whenever i try to view any stream or login and connect to my studio. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my web browser and have tried to view it on multiple browsers but get the same response. As soon as it's about to connect it says "Cannot find frequency Please try again" but no matter how many times I try I get the same response. When in studio it says it's a connection problem but this network works fine. I load most web-pages in less than 10 seconds no problem. On an alternate computer on the same network the stream loads fine so it is not a problem with the ISP, and I have also tried different ethernet cables. I have the latest flash installed. Please help!
