Studio Desynch

When I'm broadcasting I like to keep an eye and ear out in my studio so that I know my feed is going fine; however,after a while my studio starts running behind.

The people who are watching my stream in the channel are getting the same feed, while I'm getting one more delayed.

I like to use the studio rather than watching from the channel since I can update my ticker and other information on the fly. Is this know about studio, and is there a way to fix it?
