Recorded Show Error

Last night I did a 2 hour live show with procaster. Unfortunately the show seemed to cut off after 35 minutes however I simply stopped the broadcast and restarted it and everything was fine.

Since i had to do this, the recording of the show is in 2 parts but I cannot get access to the first half hour on the livestream studio. It tells me i am unable to download the video...i click retry and it just goes back to the same.

Is there any way i can retreve my recording? I really need it.
