Flashing UI and no Sound.

Hello, I have a Problem with my Stream that is bugging the heck out of me and I can't seem to get fixed.

When I'm streaming videos, like games and such, my UI continuosly flashes and the stream skips a lot for my viewers.

Also, I can't figure out how to get my Sound to work so the viewers can hear.

If anyone at all could please help me solve this issue it'd be greatly appreciated. If you require any other info please ask and I'll try to respond asap.
