procaster doesnt work at all

I resently downloaded procaster, and it doesnt really work at all..
the ingame screens are black, webcam cant work with eaither desktop or ingame, (ingame webcam is also black, desktop webcam comes up with "Error Opening camera") can someone please help

im running on a vista, if that will help...
