I'm also a linux (ubuntu) user.

And I guess, if a android (which is based on a linux kernel) has a procaster version, a linux one should be very simple now.

Talking there are more linux users than mac users

A study have shown that today there are more GNU/Linux users than mac osX users

this thread start years ago, and nothing was done ? the first broadcasting tv service witch will do it will have the market i think. why livestream don't take this market ?

Another linux user here, i downloaded the livestream studio and try running it with wine, it says i am not connected to the internet

Unfortunately we do not officially support Linux, however you can try testing compatibility if desired.

true you can but as its flash your cpu usage will be crazy (flash doesn't play nice on linux) so your system will run crazy hot

Still no Linux Procaster client or even public beta how many years since the first announcement?

I'm disappointed, I'm sick to death of having to use Windows to stream to here.
