Procaster freezes opening preferences, go live, anything

Hi I gave up on my other setup after I could not get the feed to look right with win 2k3.

I have a fresh install of xp sp3 pro. Nothing but xp, flash, procaster and drivers installed.

When I load procaster I can login. But if I click preferences or anything else it freezes up. I have reloaded and checked for windows updates and so on. The procaster screen disappears and does not return. Clicking the link to open it up again does nothing and I cannot do anything with the icon in the task bar as well as trying to shut it down in task manager.

I am using a wintv go card. It worked just fine with 2k3 just the video got messed up when I went to camera only view.

Any Ideas?
