cannot remove LiveStream branding from channel page

I have a pro account, and I cannot find where to remove the LiveStream logo and branding from my channel page. My page is http://www.livestream.com/lasamericastv. I have written them twice and have received no response. Does anyone know if they have a phone number when I call them?

You can remove the branding from an embedded player only, you cannot do this from the channel page. For future reference feel free to e-mail prosupport@livestream.com or use the contact form in the studio for fastest response.
