I can't watch anything

Hey guys. I'm new to Mogulus, and am trying to watch a channel, but it won't load for me. Is there anything I have to download to make it work? All I get is the Mogulus symbol with a circle around it that looks like the video is trying to load, but it won't work for me. I know of other people who are watching it right now, so it's something wrong with my computer. Anybody have any ideas on what I need to do to make it work?

Mogulus has had issues all day. Might not be issue on your site.
My viewers today left the webcast on numerous occasions due to drop outs every few minutes to seconds. Not sure whats going on, just glad its free, i wouldnt be a very happy camper if i had to pay for this if it had all these issues. At the moment not reliable enough to do any serious webcasting.
