Default Spliced ​​accounts

Hi, I was a free user of an account here in Livestream, and I say I was because a few days ago I just upgrade my account to PREMIUM.

When I called to the support team to make the correct procedure (to upgrade) I think that they just made a new PREMIUN account with my information because there are some settings that are the same as in the free account, for example the synchronization with facebook among other things.

I've trying to get some help from the support line but they ask me for a PIN that I don't have with me, I also would like to know where can I find that PIN o where can I generate ir.
