Default Viewing on mobile devices

I'm currently having issues viewing my stream on mobile devices. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm broadcasting in "Medium-Mobile" mode. Speedtest to NY shows 15 down/3 up.

The broadcast shows its running on the computer, and when I go to the page in the mobile browser, it does recognize that the stream is mobile and live, but when I press play, it just sits there. Im using the embedded player on my website. Looks like it tries to buffer for a minute but doesn't do anything. Primarily testing on ios devices.

Any help is much appreciated.

Adam

The problem might be in your wifi speed or your data network , sometimes it doesn't get enough speed for live streaming.

I've had this problem with multiple devices in multiple locations.

I was having issues on my iPad but I was able to view the stream on my iPhone and speedtests were great. I was also sitting right next to the wireless router.

I think this problem was happened due to unsupported player in your device, or it may be happened due to internet speed limit that you use in specific times.

cbcdavison,

Are you still seeing this issue? If so, which channel are you attempting to view?

Our stream only run during church services and that's the only time I've seen the issue.

Are you attempting to watch from the same system or location your stream is originating? Have you tried watching from a different system?

I've tested on my iPad and iPhone. Also tested on someone else's ipad and iPhone in a different location with the same problem.
