Cant Disable Headphone Monitor

I went looking for a solution to my looping problem, and the only advice that was given was to disable Headphone Monitor. I've tried this, and no mater what, it always loops. I'm using a Logitec USB headset with headphone. It's becoming increasingly stressful to try and find a solution, and neither the in-stream nor out of stream Mixer can solve it. Is there a solution at all, or am I just going to be forced to stream voiceless boring video?


I'm using Speakers Audio + Default Input Device, but as far as I know there's no alternative way to get the in-game sound to go through...
