Exclamation Mac/camcorder question
Hi.

I have a new MacBook Pro (Mountain Lion 10.8.2), and I need to find a camcorder under $600 that will work with this Mac, and Livestream Procaster. Any suggestions? Other advice, like do I need a capture device.

You will need a capture device unless both the camera and the computer support Firewire. Depending on the laptop's inputs (Thunderbolt, USB3.0, USB2.0) and chosen camcorder's outputs you can select the capture device which works best for you from our store.
