Webcaster not complete

Hi,
I am very new on Livestream and today I wanted to make my first stream, but my webcaster is not complete. When I zoom the window nothing happens. A small cut does not appear. And when I click the 'go live' button, everybody can hear me but not see.
What is wrong? Please, help me.

Please try Procaster, a free software used to broadcast to your Original Livestream channel. It's more stable and more reliable than Webcaster.
