We experienced an issue last night which prevented some users from successfully connecting to our servers. The issue was resolved within an hour of its occurrence and you should no longer be experiencing any difficulty with your live broadcasts. We were streaming and our stream went down. We restarted Procaster and everything is fine.

Perchance has a similar issue happened this weekend?
Approximately 7pm PST 2/9/2013 we encountered this issue "error connecting to server" for at least 30 minutes.

The problem occurred again this morning 2/10/2013 approximately 10:58am PST and was resolved much quicker.

There were no reported outages at the time you experienced difficulty connecting. If this happens in the future we recommend closing out of Procaster and re-opening the software, as well as contacting us so we can assist while your troubles are in progress.
