Procaster says I have users when I don't

These four users have been listed on my livestream procaster for about a week now, yet none of them have been watching since last week.

Any ideas how to fix this? It gets annoying when I'm trying to figure out who's watching the stream.

Also, one more question. This really isn't that important but I've noticed that some people (like doz3r, in the pic below) have a different color in the "user window" or whatever it's called. I can change my text color in the chat window, but it always stays black in the user window. So yeah, I'm just curious about that.
