Moderator/Host impersonation

Feature request: If someone using the name of the host enters a chat with a livestream that they are unable to participate in the chat.

May also be a good idea to compare the names with spaces removed so for example "Foster Dad John" and versions with extra spaces match.

I just banned someone who impersonated me. This kind of impersonation can be VERY damaging.
