Stream from iPad to Livestream Studio

Is there any app or way to get live video from my iPad to Livestream Studio. I would like to use my iPad as a second camera. I use a DV camera that runs through Quicktime Broadcaster and that works great.
I just would like to use the iPad as a second camera and have it show up in the studio so I can switch between shots.
Is this possible?

Any iPad HDMI output converter used with an HDMI input capture device should do the trick.
