We have just become Pro users, but can only find that there is something wrong when we go Live or when we use "On-Demand".

There is severe "lagging" all the time!

Even though we have been promised "Wide-screen" and 1700 Kps?

We have also seen that a lot of other people are complaining....

Could the reason be that we moved our "channel" from the "Free..." area, to the "Procaste" area, is there some kind off setting you have that is still affecting the channel?

I would need to see the channel when you're live to know for certain but if you are encoding at 1700Kbps usually this is due to lack of bandwidth. You will need more than 1700Kbps upstream bandwidth to encode and any viewers would need more than this downstream to view content.

It could also be related to lack of processing power on your encoding computer, if you contact us directly we can work with you one-on-one to troubleshoot further.
