Broadcaster 1st time connect time sync failed

i just got the livestream broadcaster tried to connect to internet via ethernet and is connecting when is trying to sync time with livestream.com is says failed and starts from beginning........... any solutions?

The failed to sync issue was isolated and resolved yesterday afternoon our time. You should no longer be experiencing this, however if the trouble continues please open a support ticket.
