Speaker's audio not listed - Livestream Forum

Speaker's audio not listed

When I first went to stream my audio, the choice "Speaker's Audio" isn't even listed?
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? It's getting strangely annoying and I have no idea how to fix it myself.
