Twitcam archiving

Hi,
We recorded a twitcam session today but the video doesn't seem to be available to play back - the video box only says 'offline'
The Twitter account is @AskMenuk and the URL for that particular broadcast is http://twitcam.com/bnjxi
Do you knowhow we can watch back the recorded video?

I think our support rep Jonathan has been in touch with you regarding recovering your clip. It appears it was not recorded to your Twitcam page but it was saved on our servers. Jonathan will get you a link to that.

Have you considered using on of our full-featured platforms for your broadcasts instead of Twitcam?

I'm unsure why the video is not appearing on your Twitcam page, however, you can also find it here: http://www.livestream.com/twitcam_co...digital/folder

Hello Dave,

The twitcam would show offline color bars when the owner of the channel is not broadcasting live. You would be able to locate all the recent broadcasts of the user by clicking on the user's profile name. Refer this link to locate recent broadcasts of the user in question :
