Dragging and dropping clips into the storyboard is still failing... I'm on a HP, please share with me how to fix.

Smile import problem

I wonder if anyone could tell me why, all of a sudden, I cannot "import from youtube" (drag it into my storybook, and it "fails" ).
thank you.

Default Youtube import keeps failing on windows 7

I have lost the will to live trying to find anything in the forums here or on google search to solve my problem. For some reason when I try to import vids from youtube it keeps failing.

This wasn't a problem before.

Yes I have the latest Java version
Yes my Java add on is enabled.

I have tried it on chrome and firefox.

Please don't recommend I get java or enable the applet because I have tried this.

Any help would be appreciated

Please see Ben's earlier response regarding Youtube imports:

The recommended method for importing clips is to upload them directly from your desktop which will result in the highest quality and reliability.

The alternative of uploading my YouTube videos would be fine, but the uploader doesn't work either. The upload itself works, but it never gets done processing.
