Can't import videos from YouTube.

Evertime I import a new video from my computer or YouTube it fails to convert. I have the java installed, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help me please?

I have lost the will to live trying to find anything in the forums here or on google search to solve my problem. For some reason when I try to import vids from youtube it keeps failing.

This wasn't a problem before.

Yes I have the latest Java version
Yes my Java add on is enabled.

I have tried it on chrome and firefox.

Please don't recommend I get java or enable the applet because I have tried this.

Any help would be appreciated

The alternative of uploading my YouTube videos would be fine, but the uploader doesn't work either. The upload itself works, but it never gets done processing.
