Unhappy Creating playlist.m3u8 for my channel

I trying to do the same thing but it does not work;
I need this URL so that the iPhone native media player can play the video.

What is wrong with this link? What else needs to be done besides replacing the name?
http://xyourchannelnamex.is.livestre.../playlist.m3u8

Thanks!

vemalive,

If you utilize the iFrame embed for the channel, it will automatically deliver the correct format stream on the mobile device. It can differentiate between desktop (Flash), iOS (m3u8/http), and Android (RTSP) without the need for the direct stream URL.

I need the embed code to put on my site for a mobile app feature. Can someone send me the embed code? My site is www.pprsteam.org. And my show name is Guardian Radio. There is a tab on that site for it. I set up the XAT chat and Livestream view screen. Now I need a mobile app feature for my mobile guests. Thank you.

DNA_PPRS,

Simply go to Livestream.com/channelname/share and you can grab the iFrame embed code, which is mobile compatible.
