Low quality and locking

Good morning,
I'ma user livestream, but I realized that here in Brazil is having many problems and play companies that met the liestream no longer offer the service. I like the service but am having problems with both quality and streaming. Anyone have any solution or answer to help me live mainly in the events I do? Thank you for your attention.
