Procaster crashes after few minutes

Hi,
I don't know if this question was addressed already - I tried a search but didn't get quite my problem. I've always had this issue with procaster - whenever I stream, I will have maybe 2 minutes of streaming before the program says "stopping" and the recording ends. I've tried to record my screen for friends to watch, and I've also tried taking off the live option so I could record myself playing video games. It keeps happening. I'm wondering if it's a problem with my computer? My specs follow:

Windows 7 64-bit
4GB RAM
Dual-core processor 2.20 GHz

If it's my computer not being good enough, I'll leave it be but if it should be working with those specs then I'd like to figure out how to get it working.
