Is my stats good enough for livestream?

So I am new to this livestreaming stuff and I am running off of a laptop. So I went to Speedtest.net and this is my results http://www.speedtest.net/result/2114160277.png

Is this good for livestreaming on here or even Youtube. This is the stats that Youtube requires http://support.google.com/youtube/bi...answer=1723080

Would I need a desktop to get better results? Or before I broadcast should I turn off every electronic using the wireless internet?
