Black screen and disconnecting

Hello, I am quite new to this program, I am sorry if this question have been asked before I just couldn't find anything here.
The problem is that when I start to livestream after a minute or so the program disconnectsfrom the internet for about an equal time causing a black screen for the watcher and then goes on-line again and so it repeats again and again.
When I started to have this problem the procaster won't connect to the server when I log in until I try several times.
Can anyone help me please D:
