Video and audio out of synch

I am having lots of trouble watching live stream content.

I like the Thom Hartmann Show. The live show at 3 PM is unwatchable because of constant choppy feed, sometimes long silent periods with choppy audio.

I usually catch the rebroadcast later in the evening, but the audio is not synchronized with the speaker. It's like watching a movie where the guy is talking, but the sound comes after he's already started talking. The video is also choppy, dropping out all together at times, then it comes back.

What can I do?

Could you provide the URL of the event in question? I'd like to see if it is an issue on the broadcast end or viewer end. Some things to try: hardwired network connection, close all additional browser windows/programs, update Flash.

Have you tried viewing on a different computer and/or network? If so, do you experience the same issues?
