Liverstream will not initialize

I have a livestream producer account and I am trying to start a live stream through the "live stream for producers app" on mac. When I play broadcast, the app says it is perfect streaming. Though when I check the stream on the link it says it is initializing and the stream never starts. My friend has also check the stream and it also says its initializing for him.

When i tried this on the free account, procaster the stream worked fine and the video was smooth.

Any suggestions on how I can get this to work?

Could you please open a New Livestream support ticket detailing your issue? In the ticket, please provide the Producer account email address.
