Webcaster suddenly will not load in Chrome.

Hi. I'm having an issue that seems to randomly come and go:

When I hit the red "Broadcast Now" button in the top right of the site, the Webcaster will not load. Chrome opens a blank tab that I cannot access or do anything to except close from my taskbar.

I'm using Chrome, current version. Windows 7 64-bit. My Flash is up to date.

I'm having the same issue but it happens every time i try, even right from the webcaster button on my channel

Is this only occurring in Chrome, or does it occur across multiple browsers?
