Unable to capture a screen video from Procaster

I am using Procaster to capture my computer desktop.

The Procaster is able to capture the entire desktop, but not a video which is getting played inside a small window!! I do not understand why that is happening.

The video is getting played in a window from a software which plays TV channel on my computer. I wanted to stream TV channel using Procaster.

Any ideas what could be the cause?
