I would like to know if there is a way to turn off my webcam in the Sources section and turn the Cue button off. And also how to resume to a movie that was running before I give some live news using my webcam. The movie restarts from the beginning every time instead of resuming in where it had advanced.

There is no way to turn off the cue button, however you can stop a current recording by clicking off the record button, then remove your camera from the sources list by clicking the 'x' at the top right of the source. At this time, it is not possible to resume a clip from where you left off before going live.

Thank you Ernie. But I have another question on how the studio buttons work. What is the real difference between the "Restart" button and the "Resume" button if there is no way to resume to where we left or beyond that point.

The Restart function for auto-pilot should be considered a refresh. If you add or change your auto-pilot content, it will not be updated unti you restart. The resume button simply starts your auto-pilot in it's last restarted state.
