Canon VIXIA HF R30 camcorder

How can I live stream using this camcorder?

They gave me a USB (very short cord) and a HDMI cord but I'm not finding a way to allow it to stream.

Please help.

To detect an HDMI signal, you will need to use a capture device. We recommend the Black Magic line of devices, which can be purchased from our store.

Otherwise, you can output via composite to a Grass Valley ADVC-110, however your computer will need FireWire input to use this workflow.
