playing video on ipad

So I have streamed and recorded video to this web site using Adobe Flash Media Encoder but I have ipad users saying they cannot view the video, even with the livestream app. I know, flash does not play on ipad and that I should have used procaster with particular settings, but procaster did not work well and was unstable and produced enough errors I needed to find a more reliable solution.

Can I re-encode this video, either livestream's copy or my local flash copy so that ipad users can view the video?

I am new to this, so bear with me.
