Default failing import from web
I have my java all updated. Got apple support to try to help but cannot bring in a youtube video with the "import from web". It just says failed and sends me back to check on my java.

Please be sure you have 'Enable applet plug-in and Web Start Applications' selected in Java Preferences. If this is not checked, relaunch the browser and try again. Which browser are you using for the import?
