Hey, I know how to launch this program! First Delete The Procaster, then go to %localappdata% folder and delete the Procaster Folder.
Then download an older version of Procaster here http://www.livestream.com/userguide/...9_of_Procaster
All works great, I had the same problem, but now I can launch the Procaster!!!! Good Luck!

Hi! I have the exact same problem, only http://new.livestream.com
secure.livestream.com on all works.
LivestreamProcaster-20.3.4.exe works
But LivestreamProducer.exe not working
