I'm using the Procaster for transmitting a channel for the web (for desktops) and mobile together. The signal for the web is working properly, and the signal for mobile works well at first, then a few hours, when entering from a mobile device to the URL, an error saying that this channel is not optimized for Mobile devices, while the web signal is still working properly.
For the mobile signal to work again, I have to stop the transmission from Procaster and then press in Go Live. Anyone know what might be happening? |

emergugue,
Which quality setting are you broadcasting at? Is your mobile device on 3G or wifi?

I'm broadcasting with a custom configuration, attached an image with the settings. I'm broadcasting from a PC for viewing on mobile devices and PC, but after a few hours of being outside the signal, when entering from a mobile device tells me that this channel is not supported for mobile, whereas before it was working properly, while the PC continues to run smoothly.

What are the results of a speedtest to New York, NY on the streaming computer? Also, are the mobile devices viewing on 3G or wifi?

The results are:
Ping: 127 ms Download: 2.97 Mgbs Upload: 1.13 Mgbs I can not tell you exactly how users connect, the idea is that users can see from 3G and then up. |

For best results streaming to both PCs and mobile devices, I recommend using Procaster's Medium + mobile preset as opposed to the custom preset you are using. Please try this and let me know if the viewer experience is improved at all.

OK, I'll test that configuration. Thanks.
