VOD in widget and skewed dimensions (urgent)

Hi,
I have two urgent issues. Of course the urgency is not Mogulus' fault but I am where I am and would appreciate help as soon as is possible.

VOD doesn't show titles in the embeded player

I streamed live from a pc and the show went well. However, the now encoded video in the on demand section has had the dimensions skewed

Can someone please help me understand the fix to these issues?


My urgency is that my provider dissapeared just before an event and I am playing catch up. I am excited about Mogulus but my learning curve is cut short with the issues at hand.
